Adding a New Patient
Adding a patient creates a new record allows you to begin screening, documenting needs, and supporting referrals.
- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Patients section
- You will automatically land on the My Patients tab
- Select + New patient in the top-right corner
Filling out patient information
When adding a new patient, you’ll be guided through several sections. Some fields are required to create the patient record, while others can be completed or updated later. Required fields are marked and must be completed before saving. You can navigate through the different main sections via the sidebar on the left hand side.

Consent
Before you can screen a patient or make referrals, patient consent must be obtained. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see options to collect consent or save without consent. Consent status is clearly displayed on the patient profile once collected.
