Changing Password and Lock Code

To update your password or lock code when you're signed in to the platform:

  1. Click the round circle with your initials in the top right corner of the ITO HealthBase platform.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. On the Settings page, you can update your phone number if needed.
  4. To reset your password or lock code, request a one-time passcode (OTP) via text message and follow the prompts to complete the reset.

Tip: Make sure your phone number is current so you can receive OTPs for secure access.
