Changing Password and Lock Code
To update your password or lock code when you're signed in to the platform:
- Click the round circle with your initials in the top right corner of the ITO HealthBase platform.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- On the Settings page, you can update your phone number if needed.
- To reset your password or lock code, request a one-time passcode (OTP) via text message and follow the prompts to complete the reset.
Tip: Make sure your phone number is current so you can receive OTPs for secure access.
