Setting Up Your Profile
Your profile on the platform allows you to keep your account info up to date, and also allows secure access. To access your profile settings:
- Click on the dropdown button next to your profile picture on the top right corner of the screen
- Select Settings; you will automatically be on the My Account tab.
From here, you can:
- Update your name and position
- Upload or change your profile photo
- View your email address
- Update your phone number (used for authentication and account security)
Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page!
Changing your email address
At this time, email addresses cannot be changed directly within the platform. If you need to update the email associated with your account, please contact ITO Health support using the Help button in the upper-right corner of the application. Our support team will assist you with verifying your identity and updating your account.
