Resetting Password or Account Access Issues

If you’re having trouble accessing your ITO Health account, you can reset your password in one of two ways depending on whether you’re currently signed in.

Resetting your password when you’re not signed in

If you can’t log in because you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to your organization’s ITO Health sign-in page
  2. Select I forgot my password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email

If the email address is associated with an account, you’ll receive a password reset message shortly. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
