Example: CCF Marketplace Report

Background

Connecting for Children and Families runs an internal program called CCF Marketplace. When an individual identifies as food insecure, a challenge called “Food Resources Needed” emerges. This challenge has a number of associated solutions, one of which is: “CCF Marketplace”.

When an individual accesses the CCF Marketplace, a CCF staff member clicks on the solution (“Referral”). When “Complete” is clicked on the solution, this solution is logged as executed in the data.

Custom Report

Request

From a reporting standpoint, CCF wanted to track a number of fields as it relates to this specific solution.

For the CCF Marketplace solution, CCF requested:

1. A MONTHLY report
2. The associated note text
3. Client Name
4. Household Size of that client
5. Age of each household member
6. Number of total visits that month
7. Whether it was the client’s first time to the CCF Marketplace

Outcome

Based on the above request, we created the following Excel report which is automatically generated on a monthly basis and also available on-demand.
