Contacting Support & Reporting Bugs
There are multiple ways to get help, whether you’re looking for a quick answer, step-by-step guidance, or direct assistance from our support team. This article explains how to use the Help feature in the platform and what to expect from each option.
To access support at anytime, click the Help button in the upper-right corner of the page. This will open the help chatbox, where you can choose how you’d like to get assistance.
Choosing the right support option
There are three options here; we recommend starting from the top and working your way down if needed.
AI Answers
Best for quick questions and common issues.
AI Answers provides instant responses by searching ITO Health’s knowledge base of help articles. This is the fastest way to find answers to common “how do I…” questions or troubleshooting steps.
Start here if you want immediate guidance, step-by-step instructions, or help with navigation.
Help docs
Best for browsing or detailed help.
Help docs gives you direct access to ITO Health’s knowledge base. Articles are organized by topic and include walkthroughs, screenshots, and best practices for using the platform. Use if you want to explore articles on your own or need more detailed guidance.
Email support
Best for reporting bugs or getting personalized help. If you need direct assistance, choose the Email option. A member of our support team will respond as soon as possible, typically within a few hours. When reporting a bug, please include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages you saw
