Navigating the Patients Page
The Patients page helps you quickly find, organize, and access patient records. From this page, you can view assigned patients, apply filters, sort records, and search for specific individuals.
To open the list of patient records, use the navigation bar to select Patients.
Filtering patients
At the top of the Patients page, you’ll see several filtering tabs, such as:
- My Patients – patients assigned to you
- All Assigned Patients – patients assigned to any user
- Unassigned Patients – patients not yet assigned to a team member
- Discharged Patients – patients who are no longer active
The number next to each tab shows how many patients fall into that category.
Filtering by assigned user
The Select User dropdown allows you to filter patients by one or more assigned users.
You can use this filter in combination with any of the tabs above (My Patients, All Assigned Patients, Unassigned Patients, or Discharged Patients) to narrow down your results.
Sorting patient records
You can sort the patient list by clicking on any column header in the table, such as:
- Name
- Date of birth (DoB)
- Age
- Assigned user
- Last contact
- Language
- Contact information
- Resolution status
Clicking a column header will sort the list by that attribute. Clicking it again will reverse the sort order.
Searching for a patient
To quickly find a specific patient:
- Use the search bar in the top-right corner of the page, next to the New Patient button
- Enter the patient’s name to filter the list in real time
This is the fastest way to locate a patient when you know who you’re looking for.
If you are unable to find a certain patient, please check the filtering tab (e.g., Unassigned patients) that you are on. Your patient may be in a different tab.
