Using Training Mode in ITO HealthBase

What is Training Mode?

Training Mode — also known as the ITO HealthBase Sandbox Environment — is a safe, practice version of the platform. It looks and functions exactly like the live system, but nothing you do here affects real patient records or data.

You can use Training Mode to:

• Practice key workflows such as adding new patients, completing screenings, or completing applications.
• Explore and test new features before using them in the live environment.
• Build confidence by repeating tasks and experimenting freely — without worrying about making mistakes.

Important: Information entered in Training Mode does not carry over to the live ITO Health system. It is strictly for learning and practice.

How to Access Training Mode

1. Sign in to your ITO HealthBase account.
2. Click the round circle with your initials in the top-right corner.
3. Select Enter Training Mode from the menu.

When you’re in Training Mode, a blue banner will appear at the top of your screen indicating that "You are in Training Mode."

How To Return to the Live Platform

• In the blue banner at the top of your screen, select Exit Training Mode to return to the live system.
